Amatriciana

Amatriciana is a simple and tasty recipe made of few ingredients.
Jowl bacon is essential in this recipe: it’s tasty, sapid and fatty.
When you eat amatriciana it’s like going to Central Italy, in Rome or maybe in Amatrice (the name of the recipe derives from this city).
There are many variations from the original recipe, but Jowl bacon is ever-present.
